it's go time

i've been ruminating on a number of things since last thursday. but i'm staying over at my parents' house tonight, so spending a long time on the computer and working on a blog entry isn't in the cards at the moment.

suffice it to say: enough is enough, already. time to get going. continue the changes that i started early in the year (since i've sort of slacked off for the past month or two), and move forward instead of around in circles.

in the meantime, and so that you have something other than a lame placeholder to look at, i present you with the following photo of the insanely adorable stray (?) cat YB has befriended. it's made appearances in her yard several times in the past two years, but has suddenly taken a real shine to trix (no, she hasn't fed it). so, tonight, she snapped some photos for me, because i'd never been present for one of the cat's visits, and i am SMITTEN with this face:
