❄ we're getting a snowstorm! ❄
snow is coming.
a lot of snow.
we're anticipating the largest single-day snowfall in a few years.
forecasts right now are calling for about 30cm (12").
the word "blizzard" is being tossed around by meteorologists.
the city is bracing for it as though it were an apocalypse.
and i. LOVE. it.
my big winter boots are ready. so is my parka. so are my mittens. and, of course, the camera.
okay, mother nature... LET IT SNOW!

Here, it's not the B-for-blizzard they are using so much as B-for-biblical, as in proportions.

But isn't snow in biblical blizzard form unsafe?
if i lived out in the country, maybe. or decided to drive a car in it.
but as a downtown-dwelling, snow-loving pedestrian... not really. :-D
